Filming has recently wrapped for young star Alsou's new video "Vsyo ravno" (No Difference), directed by fashionable music-video director Irina Mironova, the daily Zhizn reports. Incidentally, Mironova is an old friend of Alsou's manager, Valery Belotserkovsky, who was best man at Mironova's wedding.

A team of stylists and makeup men was called in, and Alsou didn't let anyone interfere in the selection of costumes - she did it entirely herself. "This [selection of costumes] is the only area I do not intervene in," Belotserkovsky told Zhizn. "In the beginning, I would tell her what to put on, but every time I did that she would politely push me away. It didn't take too long to see that the kid has a remarkable sense of fashion, and sometimes she can even foresee future trends."

Alsou's partner in the video, which is a love story, was an obscure actor known only as Vitaly.

The most difficult scene, which required many takes to finish, was set in a bar. The heroine is leaving with a very sad expression on her face (she was waiting for the man she loves, but he never came) when she bumps into a bunch of giggling girls who come in from the street. The problem was not with Alsou, but with the three other girls, who didn't look convincing enough. Mironova saved the situation: She ordered the girls to go outside and kept them in the cold for a few minutes. After that, they seemed very happy to return to the warm bar.

"It's a real pleasure to work with Alsou," Mironova told Zhizn. "She's so quick on the uptake and gets my ideas immediately. Most of the scenes with her were completed in a single take."
